This page explains how Coins UK handles delivery and shipping.

  1. Delivery area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

International delivery is not currently available unless agreed with us in writing before an order is placed.

  1. Delivery methods

Available delivery options will be shown at checkout.

For collectable coins, silver items and valuable goods, we normally use tracked and/or signed delivery services.

The delivery method may depend on the value, size and nature of the item.

  1. Delivery charges

Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Our current standard UK delivery option is:

UK Tracked Delivery: £9.95

Delivery charges may be updated from time to time.

  1. Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days after receiving cleared payment.

Orders paid by bank transfer will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.

We do not normally dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.

  1. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on the delivery service used.

Most UK orders are expected to arrive within a few working days after dispatch, but delivery times are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is expressly selected and confirmed.

  1. Delivery within 30 days

Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will aim to deliver goods within 30 days of your order being accepted.

If we cannot deliver within a reasonable time, we will contact you.

  1. Delivery address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may ask you to pay the additional cost of re-delivery.

  1. Signed and tracked delivery

Some orders may require a signature on delivery.

Please make sure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

Tracking details may be provided where available.

  1. Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at:

Please include your order number and delivery postcode.

We may need to contact the delivery provider before confirming the next steps.

  1. Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide photographs of the packaging and item so that we can review the issue.

Collection is not available unless agreed with us in writing in advance.
